Bret has been in business as a successfull licensed real estate professional since 2000, going from 34 'ends' in his first full year to over 120 'ends' in 2007. He's grown from being an entrepreneur to a business operator and team leader, with 3 other licensed professionals and a full-time office administrator on his team currently. Primary specialization for the group has been strata properties. Awards include Top 1% of realtors in Vancouver (5 years running), 12th ranked team in the GVRD, RE/MAX "Hall of Fame" and "Platinum Club." Well over 50% of his business is from repeat clients and referrals, with the balance being the result of strong market penetration through consistently successful mixed media marketing in a targeted market area.
His work with developers and builders in the past has been involved and successful. A strong understanding of building principles, zoning issues, and the trades industry enables him to relate with all aspects of a project, and to co-operate with the other professionals involved. His focus throughout the design and build process is on providing relevant input on what will be most sale-able and marketable. Knowing where to spend build-dollars these days is of course extremely important, and Bret knows this. Past developers and builders have found his level of pre-sale involvement invaluable when making decisions regarding layout, level of finish, and other market-relevant features.
In the sale of developer-built projects Bret has worked on, top market dollar has been achieved in a timely fashion each time.
